Steve Tarpey MA is a UK based leadership and OD expert who has worked with organisations around the globe as a consultant, developer and coach. He is a long-standing faculty member of one of the leading Masters level OD programmes in the UK and has worked with senior leaders from all parts of the public, private and charitable sectors. He has undertaken assignments in many parts of the world, from Ethiopia to Korea to Brazil and beyond. He has supported leaders and organisations in many organisations through times of significant change, whether arising from rapid growth or challenging commercial environments. However, alongside his deep understanding of organisations, Steve has extensive experience of working with senior leaders as a coach, mentor and critical friend, based on a belief that organisational success starts with healthy, resilient and authentic individual leaders.
