The Mission of the Power Through People Conference:
Each year we want to unite the managers of today’s Romanian companies by sharing their experiences and by bringing awareness among the people they lead.
Held annually by CDM, the conference is a space for connection where people from different organizations and cultures engage and learn together with the generous support of successful leaders from Romania and other parts of the world.

What if we knew what was going to happen in an organization the moment we face changing circumstances?
In today’s complex world, managers need solutions and ideas that are as adapted to the environment and the existing dynamic as possible. This is why their mission is more and more challenging and their role ever changing. They have to lead people in a complex world. They have to manage complex changes. They have to plan uncertainty. They have to develop and to adapt people’s abilities. They have to collaborate to create communities.
Each year, we want to inspire managers to create a better and more productive world and to take action for change.
Leading Adaptive Action develops our actions as manager through the discovery, exploration and appropriate measures for the situations we manage.
