Gary Miles
Director of International Operations and Associate Relations
Gary Miles is a member of the Senior Management Team of Roffey and responsible for the organisation’s International activities including our operation in the Asia-Pacific Region and for the management, recruitment and development of Roffey Park’s Associate team which numbers up to 50 between the UK and overseas.
He has over 20 years experience as an HR Practitioner and Business Manager in companies such as Unilever and Reed Business Publishing. At the Kingfisher Retail Group he gained Investors in People accreditation and a National Training Award for the strategic contribution of learning and development to the success of the Group’s property business. Gary is also a Fellow of the CIPD.
With his extensive experience of working internationally, Gary is practised at working with multi-national groups and values the diversity that this brings to the development experience. He has designed and delivered programmes in Singapore, Dubai, USA , Canada, Mexico, Russia, Central and Eastern Europe as well as for multi-national client groups in UK at Roffey Park’s own facilities. Among his clients are Fujitsu, ADM -Europe, Raiffeisen Bank, Rexam Europe(Beverage Can Business), Senergy, Calor Gas(part of Dutch SHV).
During his 15 years with Roffey Park, Gary has worked on assignments with a wide range of clients across all sectors, including Higher Education, Central and Local Government, Oil and Gas, Airline, IT, Retail and Manufacturing . Gary specialises in HR Development including HR Business Partnering and Leadership Development working at all levels within organisations. He is also an active coach at senior level and enjoys coaching technical specialists to become more effective people managers.
Gary is a regular Chair of Roffey Park’s conferences and has project-managed and chaired several CIPD Central London branch conferences in the past. He has addressed major conferences in the Health, Housing, University and Airline sectors on Leading Change, HR Business Partnering and Talent Management and regularly contributes to HR publications. Gary has a keen interest in Politics and served as a Local Government Councillor for eight years in the UK. As a Cabinet Member he chaired prominent Council Committees.
Radu Mavrodin
Renault VP Human Resources pentru regiunea Euromed – Africa, Preşedinte Hr Club
Din 2012, Radu Mavrodin este VP Human Resources pentru regiunea Euromed – Africa. In aceasta calitate coordoneaza activitatile de resurse umane pentru 30000 persoane din toate entitatile regiunii, dupa ce s-a alaturat Grupului Renault ca Director Executiv HR Renault Romania in 2009.
Tot in 2012, Radu devine presedinte al HR Club.
Activitatea profesionala si-a inceput-o in cadrul Grupului Lafarge unde a ocupat diferite posturi intre Bucuresti si Paris: Sef de Proiect, Director de Strategie, Director Parteneriate e-Business, Controlor de Gestiune Africa, Director Divizia Beton Romania etc.
In 2005 s-a alaturat Grupului Michelin schimband si domeniul de activitate cu cel de resurse umane. Aici a fost pe rand Director de Resurse Umane Romania-Balcani (Bucuresti) si Responsabil Proiect Competente (Clermont Ferrand).
Radu este absolvent al Ecole Nationale d’Administration (Paris / Strasbourg), al Facultatii de Relatii Internationale – Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (Bucuresti) si al Facultatii de Matematica – Universitatea din Bucuresti.
Adela Jansen
Director Executiv Resurse Umane, BRD Groupe Société Générale
Adela Jansen este Director Executiv Resurse Umane al Grupului BRD – Groupe Société Générale incepand cu anul 2008. Adela face parte din top managementul BRD inca din octombrie 2003 si are experienta in diverse domenii de activitate, printre care: resurse umane, vanzari, marketing, comunicare, business development logistica.
In perioada 2003-2008, ea a ocupat, timp de 5 ani, pozitia de Secretar General al BRD – Groupe Société Générale, coordonand relatia cu actionariatul companiei, cadrul normativ intern, divizia de comunicare interna si externa, CSR, cea de calitate, administrarea investitiilor pe termen lung ale bancii, strategia de asigurari din cadrul BRD si nu numai. In 2008, o data cu preluarea departamentului de Resurse Umane, Adela a coordonat tranzitia de la perioada de dezvoltare la noul context economic, aliniind toate politicile si procesele la noua strategia de business a companiei, folosindu-se de experienta anterioara din diferite industrii: servicii, telecomunicatii, logistica, hotelarie si banking.
Adela a absolvit Facultatea de Automatica si Calculatoare din Bucuresti, un program EMBA si numeroase cursuri de specialitate, in tara si in strainatate, fiind si mediator autorizat. In prezent Adela este membra a Boardului HR Club, a Asociatiei Romane a Profesionistilor in Relatii Publice, a European Professional Women Network, Board of Advisors AIESEC. Se implica activ, atat pe plan personal cat si pe plan profesional, in proiecte de CSR si de educatie a studentilor si orientare in cariera, deruland proiecte de mentoring si consiliere.
Anca Georgescu
Director Executiv RU Romtelecom
Unii colegi ma descriu ca fiind „umana” si avind „resurse”, uneori surprinzatoare. Maritata, o fiica de 16 ani.
Lucrez din 2007 in cadrul Romtelecom ca Director Executiv de Resurse Umane. Am condus unele dintre cele mai ample procese de schimbare organizationala, punind accent pe echilibrul dintre o utilizare justa a resurselor si performanta, pe de o parte, si construirea unui climat organizational sanatos, pe de alta parte. Echipa de resurse umane pe care o conduc a reusit sa combine atit orientarea spre eficienta cit si construirea de competente bazate pe valori. Succesul nostru e vizibil in rezultatele sondajelor de climat organizational, dar si in perceptia clientilor externi si interni.
Din 1999 pina in 2007 am lucrat in cadrul producatorului de bauturi racoritoare Coca-Cola HBC, in Grecia, Polonia si Romania. In Romania, ultima pozitie din CCHBC a fost cea de country manager resurse umane pentru operatiunile locale. Din 2002 pana in 2004, a fost country manager al Coca-Cola HBC Polonia, iar in perioada 2004-2007 a fost sef al procesului de afaceri pentru resurse umane al corporatiei, in cadrul Coca-Cola HBC Grecia.
Alina Dragan
Vicepresedinte Executiv responsabil de Divizia Resurse Umane Unicredit Bank
Alina Dragan este licentiata a Facultatii de Psihologie din Bucuresti si detine o diploma de master in psihologie cognitiv-comportamentala obtinuta in cadrul acestei institutii. Este, totodata, membru al Asociatiei Romane de Psihologie si al HR Club Romania.
Cu o experienta de peste 10 ani in domeniul resurselor umane, Alina Dragan a coordonat inainte departamentul de resurse umane al UniCredit Tiriac Bank in calitate de Director Executiv, dupa ce anterior ocupase diferite pozitii manageriale in aceasta arie de activitate.
Din august 2010 este Vicepresedinte Executiv responsabil de Divizia Resurse Umane, in cadrul UniCredit Tiriac Bank SA. si coordoneaza de asemenea activitatile de Resurse Umane din UniCredit Leasing si UniCredit Consumer Financing Romania.
